Introduction

Welcome to Jumbl! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the services provided by Jumbl.

Definitions

“User” refers to any individual accessing or using Jumbl’s services.

“Referrer” refers to an individual providing referrals on the platform.
“Job Seeker” refers to an individual requesting referrals via Jumbl.

Use of the Platform

Users must provide accurate information when signing up.

Jumbl facilitates referrals but does not guarantee job placements or interview calls.
All users agree not to misuse the platform for any illegal or unethical activities.

Referral Credits

Referral credits are required to request referrals and can be purchased directly through the platform.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified otherwise.
Unused credits will remain valid for future use unless explicitly mentioned.
Each user gets a free credit upon sign-up which can be used anytime by the user. A free credit is also given to each user by the start of every month which will expire if it doesn’t get used in the same month.

Payment Policies

All payments for referral credits must be made through the payment methods available on the platform (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).
Payments must be completed before the credits are added to the user account.
Jumbl does not store sensitive payment details like card numbers or PINs. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

Refund Policies

Refunds for referral credits will only be processed in case of:
- Duplicate transactions.
- Technical errors preventing the addition of credits.

Refunds will not be provided if the user is dissatisfied with the referral outcome, as Jumbl cannot guarantee job placement or interview selection.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Dispute Resolution

For payment-related disputes, users must contact support within 5 days of the transaction.

Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court, Gwalior.
Alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, may be explored before resorting to legal action.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Referrers must ensure that the referrals they provide are genuine and comply with their company’s policies.

Limitation of Liability

Jumbl acts as a platform to connect job seekers and referrers. We are not responsible for the outcomes of referrals, including but not limited to job offers, interview selections, or disputes between users.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Submit false or misleading information.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the platform.
Use the platform for spamming or fraudulent activities.

Your use of Jumbl is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property

All content and services provided on Jumbl are owned by Jumbl or its licensors. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
