By accessing or using the Jumbl platform at jumbl.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are entered into between you and Kounselo Education Facilities Pvt. Ltd. ("Jumbl", "we", "our", "us").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Jumbl reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
All listings on Jumbl must be for genuine, paid internship or early-career roles. Listings that are unpaid (unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon), misleading, or designed to harvest data are strictly prohibited. Jumbl reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
Jumbl facilitates connections between students and startups. The hiring decision, terms of engagement, and employment relationship are solely between the student and the startup. Jumbl is not a party to any employment or internship agreement. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from the hiring process, work performed, or compensation paid.
You agree not to:
All content on the Platform, including the Jumbl name, logo, design, text, and software, is the property of Kounselo Education Facilities Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting content (profile information, application responses, listings) to the Platform, you grant Jumbl a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
We strive to maintain platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. Jumbl is not liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kounselo Education Facilities Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of earnings, or failure to secure an internship.
Our total liability in any matter arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by you (if any) to Jumbl in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jumbl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users. We may do so without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time. Certain data may be retained for legal or dispute-resolution purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
